You've been invited to test the Doer side of Bucket — the experience for conservation groups listing projects and receiving funding. Your job is to work through the tasks below and give us honest, specific feedback on what works, what doesn't, and what confused you. This is a test environment. Rough edges are expected — that's exactly why you're here.
Open the Doer feedback form before you start Task 1
Keep it open while you test — you'll record notes for every task.
A note on why we're asking you to be a donor first. You're here because you're a conservation group — a Doer. But Bucket only works if the donor experience is as good as the Doer experience. Before you set up your group and projects, we'll ask you to spend a few minutes in a donor's shoes. This isn't busywork — understanding what your donors see and feel when they find and back a project will make you a better Doer on the platform.
You'll need:
Test card details (for Task 7 — optional)
If you choose to top up your Bucket wallet during testing, use this test card — no real money will be charged:
Card number: 4242 4242 4242 4242
Expiry: Any future date / CVV: Any 3 digits / Name: Any name
Questions before you start? Email sheridan@bucket.community
For each task, answer two questions. Keep it honest and specific — rough edges are expected, that's exactly why you're here.
What was easy, what was confusing, what broke? "I could not find where to add my bank account - I expected it on the main settings page" is far more useful than "it was confusing."
Suggestions for improvement or things to add. Be specific about where you'd expect to find something or how a flow could be clearer.
Please record your feedback in the Google Form provided as you go — your responses are submitted automatically.

Open this Google Form before you start Task 1. Record your notes as you complete each task — your responses are submitted automatically.
Complete tasks in order — each one builds on the previous. If you get stuck, note it and move on. Don't spend more than 5 minutes on any single step before flagging it.

You're logged in for the first time. Before you do anything as a Doer, spend a few minutes browsing the platform as a donor would. Look at projects, Doer Groups, and Giving Circles.
